Five Year Strategy

External interviews with thought leaders and stakeholders to deliver a destination’s ‘Five Years From Now’ report to capture investment levels, public realm improvements, new tenant pipeline and traffic reduction/air quality plans. Launch and engagement plan and assets included.

Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement Strategy

External and internal engagement process and stakeholder mapping informed the delivery of a three year communications plan covering all audiences including investors, City & local stakeholders and future residents – full Implementation Plan and Timeline delivered for launch and beyond.

Corporate Narrative Delivery

Commissioned to refresh the positioning of a London Estate to coincide with a new CEO, a series of interviews informed a new corporate narrative capturing the clear strategy for the next five years.

Key Messaging Framework

Developed the key messaging framework & future narrative for leading London destination to frame its five year plan to drive all delivery.  Measurements and insights techniques reviews and new insights partnerships were brokered to ensure more meaningful KPIs were established.

Destination Five Year Report

Interviewed agents and occupiers across office, retail and residential sectors to inform the future five year plan for a leading London destination. Findings anonymised and Key Recommendations Report produced across a number of strategy areas including tenant mix, marketing and public realm work – included implementation suggestions. Findings socialised with all internal stakeholders to inform five year planning.

Go to Market Strategy

Interviewed 60+ prospective clients and opinion formers in the UK, USA and Middle East to understand slow sales performance and reshape the product offer of a global platform. Key Recommendations produced and new Go To Market Strategy, with pilot targets developed with client for implementation.

Year One Feasibility Study

Created a new retail lobbying group bringing together founder partners to fund and lead on a single issue campaign across the UK and China. Including feasibility study and Year 1 roll out planning and resources.
